المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر بناء حمام الورد القائم على القسم رقم 46 من العقار رقم 259 من مدينة صيدا من الابنية الاثرية ويخضع لموجبات قانون الاثار القديمة الانف الذكر

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد اطار قدره ثلاثون مترا اعتبارا من كل زاوية من واجهات البناء المعروف بحمام الورد وفقا للخريطة المرفقة بهذا المرسوم ويفرض على جميع ما هو قائم داخل هذا الاطار ارتفاق عدم التحوير او التعديل بغية المحافظة على ميزة الاثر المراد المحافظة عليه

المادة 3

مادة 3: على المالكين ان يتقيدوا بنصوص المواد 28, 30 33, 35 من قانون الاثار القديمة الانف الذكر

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة الذوق في 26 ايلول سنة 1963 الامضاء: فؤاد شهاب
