بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 534 تاريخ 1/4/2016 (دعوة الهيئات الانتخابية الاختيارية في دوائر محافظة لبنان الشمالي)،
