إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف سيما المادة 146 منه،

وبناء على القرار الاساسي رقم 7144 تاريخ 30/10/1998 وتعديلاته المتعلق بالاعتمادات والبوالص المستندية،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 31/5/2017،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يلغى كل من الانموذجين المرفقين بالقرار الاساسي رقم 7144 تاريخ 30/10/1998 ويستبدلان بالنماذج الجديدة المرفقة بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

يُعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من وضعية 31/7/2017.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
