إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية رقم 897 تاريخ 21/6/2018،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات وتعديلاته)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية زوطر الغربية - قضاء النبطية - منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ النبطية القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية زوطر الغربية حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
