إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 4854/إ تاريخ 2/1/2019،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد جورج ميشال الحلو، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة كفرصارون مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد جان عبد الله الحلو، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
