إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 7643/م تاريخ 7/12/2018،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عيّن السيد عدنان حسن محمود، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة بنواتي مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد غسان يوسف اسماعيل وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
