إنَّ وزير المالية،

بناءً على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناءً على المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل)،

بناءً على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيَّما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

بناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام،

يقرَّر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تُمدَّد لغاية 31/5/2019 ضمناً، مهلة تقديم التصريح الشخصي لضريبة الرواتب والأجور (النموذج ر8) وتسديد الضريبة المتوجِّبة عنه عن سنة أعمال 2018 .

المادة 2

يُبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى موقع وزارة المالية الإلكتروني.
