ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 363/ب/2017 تاريخ 16/5/2017،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الإشراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية جرمنايا + الرامة - محافظة عكار منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

تعدل الـمادة الثانية من القرار رقم 895 تاريخ 31/5/2019 الـمتعلق بحل مجلس بلدية جرمنايا + الرامة ــ محافظة عكار، لتصبح على الشكل التالي:

ـ يتولى امين السر العام في محافظة عكار القيام بمهام مجلس بلدية جرمنايا + الرامة بدلا من محافظ عكار حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

والباقي دون تعديل.
