ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1425 تاريخ 6/10/1999 لا سيما المادة الرابعة منه.

بناء على إحالة محافظ عكار رقم 104/إ/2019 تاريخ 29/3/2019.

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام للادارات والمجاس المحلية بالتكليف.

يقرر ما يأتي:

تؤلف لجنة قوامها السادة:

- المختار طوني رزق الله بشارة - رئيسا

- جورج يوسف الخوري - عضوا

- داني رامز قدو - عضوا

المادة 2

مهمتها الاشراف على الاشغال الممولة من الصندوق البلدي المستقل أو المرصد لها إعتمادات في الموازنة العامة ضمن نطاق قرية قلود الباقية - قضاء عكار.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
