ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 487/ب تاريخ 2/4/2019،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الإشراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية راسنحاش - قضاء البترون منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

تعدل الـمادة الثانية من القرار رقم 896 تاريخ 31/5/2019 الـمتعلق بحل مجلس بلدية راسنحاش ــ قضاء البترون، لتصبح على الشكل التالي:

ــ يتولى قائمقام البترون القيام بمهام مجلس بلدية راسنحاش بدلا من محافظ لبنان الشمالي حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

والباقي دون تعديل.

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
