ان شركة General Electric Global Services GmbH المسجلة بتاريخ 29/8/2016، تحت رقم 2864 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/4/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6982/2019،

بأنها قد عينت وأقامت السيد فؤاد أبو عيّاش ليكون وكيلها الحقيقي والقانوني مانحة إياه كامل الصلاحية والسلطة للقيام باسم الشركة وبالنيابة عنها بجملة أمور من بينها التصرف بصفة مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان والممثل القانوني لهذا الفرع. وذلك بموجب وكالة موقعة في 11/2/2019، وتبقى نافذة وسارية حتى يتم إلغاؤها خطياً أو حتى 11 شباط 2020، بحسب الحالة التي تحصل أولاً. وتبقى هذه الوكالة سارية المفعول فقط طالما أن حاملها موظف لدى الشركة أو أي من فروعها.
