إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية جب جنين قد فقد أكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2277/ب تاريخ 2/7/2019،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية جب جنين - قضاء البقاع الغربي - محافظة البقاع منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام البقاع الغربي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية جب جنين حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
