إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 3703 تاريخ 23/1/2019،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عيّن السيد محمد عبد الكريم حسن، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة ببنين مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد محمد قاسم آغا، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
