إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 446/ب تاريخ 17/5/2019،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عيّن السيد مارون نعيم زياده، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة العبرة وشوان مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار الاصيل السيد فرنسيس ميلاد كيروز، للسبب المبين اعلاه، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
