إن وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340/2019 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون البناء رقم 646 تاريخ 11/12/2004،

بناء المرسوم 7964 تاريخ 7/4/2012 (شروط تأمين السلامة العامة في الابنية والمنشآت)
