إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما المادة 32 منه،

بناء على القرار رقم 453/1 تاريخ 22/4/2009 (تحديد دقائق تطبيق القانون رقم 44/2008) لا سيما المواد 38 ولغاية 47 منه،

بناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام،

وبعد استشارة مجلس شورى الدولة الرأي رقم 1/2019 - 2020 تاريخ 07/10/2019،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تستبدل عبارة «المكاتب الافتراضية» (Virtual Offices) اينما وردت في القرار رقم 474/1 الصادر في 19/5/2014بعبارة المكاتب المجهزة للعمل (Serviced Offices).

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بوزارة المالية ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره.
