إن شركة Idemia Identity & Security France S.A.S الـمسجلة بتاريخ 27/3/2008، تحت رقم 2456 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع(

قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/1/2020، بموجب كتاب مسـجـل لدينا بالرقم 287/2020، بأنها قد قررت، بتاريخ 7/11/2019، تعيين السيد محمد الزّين بصفة مدير مسؤول عن فرع الشركة في لبنان، على أن يسري مفعول هذا التعيين اعتبارا من 17/10/2019 . ويكون للسيد محمد الزين الصلاحيات الواسعة لإدارة الفرع كما هـي مذكـورة في صـك التَّوكيل الـمنظم أيـضا فـي 7/11/2019، وتنتهي هذه الصلاحيات حكما مع وظيفته، وهذه الوكالة تلغي وتحل مكان وكالات التمثيل الـمعطاة سابقا.
