إن شركة Robert Bosch Middle East FZE الـمسجلة بتاريخ 17/2/2014، تحت رقم 2761 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات )مكتب تمثيل(

قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/1/2020، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 654/2020، بأنَّها قد قرَّرت، بتاريخ 9/10/2019 :

أولاً: إقامة السَّيد Volker Bishoff من منصب الـمدير العام لـمكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان، بأثر فوري، مع إلغاء جميع صلاحياته الـمتعلقة بهذا الـمكتب.

ثانياً: تعيين السيد Steven Young مديرا عاما وممثلا قانونيا لـمكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان، ولـمدة غير محدَّدة، وذلك بأثر فوري.

ثالثاً: تأكيد تعيين السيد Hakan Ozyigit كمدير للـمكتب التمثيلي الـمذكور أعلاه، ولـمدة غير محددة.

رابعاً:سيكون للـمدير العام والـمدير، مجتمعين، أوسع الصلاحيات وأشملها لتمثيل الـمكتب التمثيلي تجاه الغير، والجهات الرسمية والخاصة، وإدارته.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
