إن شركة Crown Agents Limited الـمسجلة بتاريخ 2/2/2018، تحت رقم 2913 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع(
قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/1/2020، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 278/2020، بأنَّها قد قرَّرت، بتاريخ 11/11/2019، تغيير رئيس مكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان من السَّيِّدة Louise Quy الى السيدة Sarah Callaghan التي عُينت الرَّئيسة الوحيدة للـمكتب التَّمثيليِّ الـمذكور، بدءاً من تاريخ 11/11/2019 . وقد مُنحت السَّيِّدة Callaghan الصلاحيات اللازمة.
