إن شركة Xylem Water Solutions Deutschland GmbHـ المسجلة بتاريخ 24/5/2013، تحت رقم 2720 (بالتسجيل(، في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل(

قد صرحت بتاريخ 14/1/2020، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 645/2020، بأنَّها قد قررت، بمـوجب محـضـر اجتماع لـمجلس الإدارة الـمؤرخ في 2/9/2019:

أولاً: إلغاء تعيين السيَّد Vincent Chirouze كمفوض بالتوقيع عن مكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان، كما تُلغى الصلاحيات الـممنوحة له بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة بتاريخ 24/4/2017 .

ثانيا: تعيين السيَّد Francis Paul Ackland بصفة مفوض بالتوقيع عن مكتب التمثيل الـمذكور اعلاه، بالإضافة الى الـمفوض بالتوقيع الـمعين سابقا، السيد Parthasarathy Sundararjan

ثالثا: يتمتع كل من الـمفوضين بالتوقيع الـمشار إليهما أعلاه بالصلاحيات الوارد ذكرها في محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة الـمؤرخ في 2/9/2019، يمارسانها بالانفراد أو بالاتحاد في ما بينهما.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
