إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1297/ب تاريخ 8/9/2020،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية حومال ــ قضاء عاليه ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلاً حكماً للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام عاليه القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية حومال حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
