إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 795/ب تاريخ 25/7/2022،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد محمد علي الحجار باعتباره أول الخاسرين في بلدة شحيم/ حي السهلة، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد أحمد فايز الحجار وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
