ان وزير الزراعة،

بناء على الـمرسوم قم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة) ,

بناء على القانون الصادر بالـمرسوم رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955 (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة) ,

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 97 تاريخ ; 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة) ,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 (تـنظيم وزارة الزراعة وتحديد ملاكها) ,

بناء على القانون رقم 778 تاريخ 28/11/2006 (قانون الحجر النباتي وتدابير الصحة النباتية) ,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يخضع تصدير الـموز الى اذن مسبق يصدر عن وزير الزراعة.

المادة 2

يقدم طلب إذن التصديق الـمسبق في قلـم مصلحة الديوان (وفقا للنموذج الـمبين في الـملحق بهذا القرار).

المادة 3

يعمل بهذا القرار ابتداء من 19/1/2024 وحتى اشعار آخر.

المادة 4

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ من يلزم.
