ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947وتعديلاته,

بناء على إحالة محافظ النبطية بالتكليف رقم 537 تاريخ 10/5/2024,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عُين السيد فادي كمال ابو كرنيب باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة كفرحمام، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد اسماعيل عبد الـمجيد شحرور وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
