ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 669/ب تاريخ 24/4/2024,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُينت السيدة فيوليت شكري حتي، باعتباره االعضو الإختياري الاكبر سنا في بلدة شملان، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد غسان بشاره حتي، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
