ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على إحالـة محافظ البقاع رقـم 562/4 تاريخ 15/5/2024,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد مجيد محمد ملحم بإعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة ميدون، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد أحمد علي شرف، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
