ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته لاسيما الفقرة الثالثة من الـمادة 15,

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 873/ب تاريخ 13/5/2024,

بناء على الـمصلحة العامة وتسيير الـمرفق العام,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيدين سامي خليل كرم وجميل يوسف الحاج عضوين إختياريين بدلا من العضوين الاختياريين السيدين شوقي حنا زغيب الـمتوفي وكريم اسعد الخوري الـمستقيل من العضوية، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
