ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1787/ب تاريخ 12/12/2023

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد جورج فريد شدياق، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الثاني في بلدة تحويطة النهر، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد جوزف ابراهيم قسيس، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
