ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 118 الصادر في 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات),

بناء على القرار الصادر عن وزير الداخلية والبلديات رقم 46 تاريخ 12/1/2023 الـمتعلق بإنشاء بلدية في حيتولي ووادي الليمون ــ قضاء جزين,

بناء على كتاب امين سر عام محافظة لبنان الجنوبي بالحلول عن محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 318/ب تاريخ 9/5/2024,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يُكلف قائمقام جزين بالتكليف القيام بأعمال بلدية حيتولي ووادي الليمون الـمستحدثة في قضاء جزين ــ محافظة لبنان الجنوبي حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي فيها.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
