بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 551/ب تاريخ 31/7/2024

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية شواليق ــ قضاء جزين ــ محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلاً حكماً للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام جزين بالتكليف القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية شواليق حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
