عُين السيد بيار دوميط صبح باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة كفر ياسين، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد جان يعقوب يونس، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
