ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 53 تاريخ 8/2/2025 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 1115 تاريخ 4/7/2019 (إعلان حل مجلس بلدية الـمنيه ــ النبي يوشع)،

بناء على القرار رقم 660 تاريخ 22/6/2025،

بناء على نص الـمادة 24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تتولى السيدة جان الخولي ــ قائمقام الـمنيه الضنيه بالتكليف القيام بمهام مجلس بلدية الـمنيه ــ النبي يوشع وذلك حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 2

يلغى كل نص مخالف لـمضمون هذا القرار.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
