المادة 1

ألغيت احكام القرار عدد 187/LR تاريخ 9 تموز سنة 1940 فيما يتعلق بتوقيف تطبيق الاتفاقات المعقودة بين فرنسا واليونان وفرنسا والمجر وفرنسا واسبانيا في سوريا ولبنان.

المادة 2

امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي يوضع موضع التنفيذ نظرا لضرورة الاسراع ووفقا لاحكام المادة 3 من القرار عدد 96/S تاريخ 14 نيسان سنة 1925 بتعليقه على باب المفوضية العليا (1).
