مادة 52: يحق للموظف ان يتغيب باذن وبراتب كامل مدة خمسة عشر يوما في حالة زواجه ومدة لا تجاوز الاسبوع في حالة وفاة زوجه او احد اصوله او فروعه واخوته او اخواته.
