المادة 24
يحق للموظفين اللبنانيين الذين خدموا في احدى الحكومات السورية قبل تشرين الاول سنة 1943 ان يطلبوا اضافة هذه الخدمات الى الخدمات الفعلية في الحكومة اللبنانية وذلك بشرط:
1- ان يكونوا دفعوا المحسومات التقاعدية عن خدماتهم في سوريا
2- ان يكونوا قد صرفوا من الخدمة في سوريا لسبب غير تأديبي
3- ان يكونوا موجودين في خدمة الحكومة اللبنانية بتاريخ نشر هذا القانون وان يكونوا تابعين لاحد الملاكات الدائمة
4- ان يقدموا الطلب المذكور اعلاه في خلال ثلاثة اشهر من تاريخ نشر هذا القانون
5- ان يدفعوا الى الخزينة اللبنانية وفقا للقوانين النافذة تعويض الصرف الذي سبق لهم ان تقاضوه عن خدماتهم في سوريا
