الغي نص المادة السابعة من المرسوم رقم 7880 تاريخ 25/7/1967 واستعيض عنه بالنص التالي:
مادة 7: المستويات في حقل التعليم الفني: يشمل حق التعليم الفني المستويات التالية:
1- مستوى التنفيذ: الذي ينتهي الى شهادة البكالوريا الفنية.
2- مستوى الاطر الوسطى: الذي ينتهي الى شهادة الامتياز الفني.
3- مستوى الاطر العليا: الذي ينتهي الى احدى شهادات التعليم الفني العالي او الاجازة الفنية.
