مادة 10: ترفع جميع المخالفات المنوه عنها في المادة 8 الى القائد او الضابط الاعلى رئيس القضاة العسكري في المنطقة تقرر هذه السلطة وفقا للقوانين والانظمة المعمول بها اذا كان يجب احالة الدعوى الملى المحاكم المحلية العادية تطبق المجالس الحربية الفرنساوية العقوبات المنصوص عنها في الشرائع الفرنساوية وهذه العقوبات تتفق مع العقوبات المحددة في هذا القرار

مادة 1: عدلت المادة 10 من القرار عدد 736 الصادر بتاريخ 26 ك2 سنة 1927 بشان اقتناء الاسلحة وحملها باضافة الفقرة التالية عليها: "على انه شذوذا عن احكام الفقرة الاولى من هذه المادة تحال رأسا الى المحاكم المحلية العادية المخالفات المتكونة من حمل السلاح المنصوص عليها في المادة الاولى من هذا القرار"
