مادة 1: يلغى نص المادة الثالثة عشرة من المرسوم رقم 4430 تاريخ 28/1/1929 القاضي بتقسيم شهادة البكالوريا اللبنانية الى قسمين, كما تلغى جميع النصوص والاحكام المماثلة اينما وردت , وتستبدل عبارة "شهادة البكالوريا بقسميها" بعبارة "شهادة البكالوريا اللبنانية".
