المادة 258
يعتبر وضع اليد مستمرا ابتداء من ظهوره باستعمال الحق المستولى عليه استعمالا اعتياديا وبصورة منتظمة. من يدعي بمرور الزمن يحق له ان يستند على وضع يد الشخص الذي وصل اليه منه العقار. لا يجوز للمزارع ولا للمنتفع ولا للوديع ولا للمستعير ولا لورثتهم ان يدعوا بمرور الزمن.
