مادة 3: ستوفي عن كل سفينة تلقي مرساتها في المنطقة المحمية خارج الاحواض كل يوم 1 ق.ل. (قرض لبناني واحد) لكل طونيلاطه كما هو محدد في المادة الثانية اعلاه.
