المادة 29
المساعدات المرضية:
1- تتحمل الدولة نفقات معالجة الموظف اذا اصيب بمرض او بعلة ناجمة عن قيامه بوظيفته.
2- يمكن اعطاء الموظف , في حال اصابته بمرض او بعلة غير ناجمة عن قيامه بوظيفته, او في حال اصابة احد افراد عائلته من اب او ام او ابناء او زوج او من اخوة واخوات يكونون في عهدته, مساعدة مالية تحدد بقرار من الوزير ضمن الاعتمادات المرصدة لهذه الغاية في بنود خاصة من الموازنة.
3- تحدد بمرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء, بناء على اقتراح مجلس الخدمة المدنية القواعد التي يجب اعتمادها في اعطاء المساعدات المرضية.
4- يستمر تطبيق احكام هذه المادة الى ان تنظم ضمانات اجتماعية تؤمن هذه المساعدة.
