كل من انتحل لنفسه اسم شخص غيره في ظروف وجبت او كان يمكن ان توجب قيد محكومية في السجل العدلي الخاص بالشخص الاخر يجازى بالسجن من ستة اشهر الى خمس سنين فضلا عن بقاء حق اجراء التعقيبات بسبب التزوير ان لزم ذلك.
