على مستثمري الات الفليبرز والالات المشابهة ان يحيطوا الدائرة المالية المختصة علما بموجب تصاريح خطية:
1- عن مباشرتهم العمل خلال مهلة اقصاها شهر واحد من تاريخ بدء الاستثمار الفعلي.
2- عن كل تغيير او تعديل في عدد الالات المستثمرة او توقف عن استثمار الالة وذلك خلال مهلة شهر واحد من تاريخ حصول الطارىء.
