المادة 35
في المؤسسات الصناعية والتجارية يجب على رب العمل او من يمثله ان يعلق في محل ظاهر من مؤسسته بيانا بساعات العمل لمختلف فئات الاجراء وان يبلغ صورة عن هذا البيان الى مصلحة الشؤون الاجتماعية.
Art. 35. Dans les établissements industriels ou commerciaux, l'employeur ou son préposé doit afficher dans un endroit apparent les heures de travail des différentes catégories de salariés, et en communiquer copie au Service des affaires sociales.
