يحدد تعويض الاختصاص للقضاة العدليين الاصيلين وقضاة مجلس شورى الدولة وقضاة ديوان المحاسبة وقضاة المحاكم الشرعية السنية والجعفرية وقضاة المحاكم المذهبية الدرزية, بنسبة خمسين بالماية من اساس الراتب .
