المادة 72
(عدلت بموجب قانون 490 / 1996 ) (عدلت بموجب قانون 14 / 1990 )
يفرض على كل من يبيع الطوابع المالية دون ترخيص , غرامة قدرها /250000/ مايتين وخمسين الف ليرة لبنانية, وتصادر الطوابع الموضوعة برسم البيع وتصبح حقا مكتسبا للخزينة دون أن يكون لصاحب العلاقة أي حق بالبدل أو التعويض .
ولوزير المالية ان يقرر اقفال المحل, عندما تحصل المخالفة في محل غير مجاز, لمدة تتراوح بين ثلاثة أيام وشهر واحد اذا تكررت المخالفة في غضون ثلاث سنوات .

تحدد الغرامات المفروضة بموجب المواد 70 و71 و72 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67/1967 (قانون رسم الطابع المالي) بالف ليرة لبنانية.

تعدل قيمة الغرامات الواردة في المواد 70 و71 و72 و73 و74 و76 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 5/8/1967 (قانون رسم الطابع المالي وتعديلاته) بحيث تصبح قيمة كل منها خمسة وعشرين الف ليرة لبنانية.

عدلت قيمة الغراما الواردة في المواد 70-71-72-73 و74 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 05/08/1967 وتعديلاته (رسم الطابع المالي) واصبحت قيمة كل منها /250000/ مايتين وخمسين الف ليرة لبنانية.
