المادة 73
(عدلت بموجب قانون 490 / 1996 ) (عدلت بموجب قانون 14 / 1990 )
يفرض على كل من يكتب على الوسمة او يضع عليها اي طبع أو كتابة أو رسم أو اشارة من أي نوع كان مما يؤدي الى عدم معرفة قيمتها, غرامة مقطوعة قدرها /250000/ مايتين وخمسين الف ليرة لبنانية.

تعدل قيمة الغرامات الواردة في المواد 70 و71 و72 و73 و74 و76 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 5/8/1967 (قانون رسم الطابع المالي وتعديلاته) بحيث تصبح قيمة كل منها خمسة وعشرين الف ليرة لبنانية.

عدلت قيمة الغراما الواردة في المواد 70-71-72-73 و74 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 05/08/1967 وتعديلاته (رسم الطابع المالي) واصبحت قيمة كل منها /250000/ مايتين وخمسين الف ليرة لبنانية.
