المادة 76
(عدلت بموجب قانون 490 / 1996 ) (عدلت بموجب قانون 14 / 1990 )
يفرض على كل من لم يحتفظ بالصكوك والكتابات الخاضعة للرسم طيلة مدة الحفظ المنصوص عليها في المادة 99 من هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي, غرامة مقطوعة قدرها خمسماية الف ليرة لبنانية, ويحق للموظفين المختصين عندئذ أن يقدروا الرسم ويفرضوا الغرامة المنصوص عليها في المادة 67 (فقرتيها الاولى والثانية) على الصكوك والكتابات المذكورة بالاستناد الى سجلات المخالف وقيوده.

تعدل قيمة الغرامات الواردة في المواد 70 و71 و72 و73 و74 و76 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 5/8/1967 (قانون رسم الطابع المالي وتعديلاته) بحيث تصبح قيمة كل منها خمسة وعشرين الف ليرة لبنانية.

عدلت قيمة الغرامة المنصوص عنها في المادة 76 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 05/08/1967 وتعديلاته (رسم الطابع المالي) بحيث اصبحت خمسماية الف ليرة لبنانية.
