(عدلت بموجب قانون 14 / 1990 )
يعاقب كل من استعمل عن علم سابق او باع او حاول ان يبيع طوابع مالية سبق استعمالها, بالسجن من 15 يوما الى شهرين وبجزاء نقدي من 25000 الى 100000 ليرة لبنانية او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

تعدل قيمة الجزاء النقدي الوارد في المادة 83 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 5/8/967 (قانون رسم الطابع المالي وتعديلاته) بحيث تصبح من 25000 الى 100000 ليرة لبنانية (والباقي دون تعديل)
