مادة 18: تنظر محكمة التمييز بهيئتها العامة على ان لا يقل عدد قضاتها عن خمسة في الخلاف على الصلاحية عندما يقع: 1- بين غرفتها المدنية وغرفتها الادارية. 2- بين احدى المحاكم العدلية والسلطات الادارية.
